Liquid line filter drier for heat pump is used in the heating and refrigeration protecting the system from pollution. The filter effectively prevent the pollutants following back, and at the same time this design saves the two oter stop valves and tow normal filter driers, making the line easier and lower the cost. Filter drier with both desiccant and filtration taking the gas as the media to prevent the dirt, foreign matter entering the system so it guarantees the system working normally.
Accumulators is designed with bend pipe to prevent internal splashing and contributing to oil collection at the bottom of the separator, and the bend pipe should be installed near the compressor as possible.
Separator’s function is to help refrigeration and air condition system operate more efficiently and save energy. In any a/c system, refrigerants system, refrigerants and oil are always available. Certain amounts of oil will always leave the compressor crankcase with refrigerants gas, the oil seaparator separates the oil from the refrigerants and returns it to the compressor of system.
